Gregory Heating and Plumbing Ltd work closely with property owners to make sure that their mandatory Gas Appliance Safety and Maintenance (CP12) Records are up to date.

GAS SAFE AND REGULAR TRAINING

We are Gas Safe Registered and undertake regular training, both with leading manufacturers and at independent training centres. We will make sure that gas appliances within your property are thoroughly checked and inline with current safety regulations. The Gas Safe register makes sure we are kept aware of any specific Gas Safe warnings for any gas appliances that are at risk.

DURATION, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Completion of a Landlord Certificate will usually take 30-60mins, however this will depend on the number of appliances present.

A standard safety check will cost £45, however if you wish to include a Boiler Service as well, the total will be £90.

Cash, cheques and BACS Transfer are all accepted, with a written invoice supplied on request.
