BREAKDOWN SERVICES PROVIDED
Gregory Heating and Plumbing Ltd undertake all forms of Domestic Central Heating Repair, within the areas of Epsom, Surrey and South-West London. In particular we focus on:
EMERGENCY CALLOUT SERVICE
We provide a week day emergency callout service between 0800hr and 1900hr, during which time, we aim to arrange a response within 24hrs. We will prioritise emergency boiler breakdowns where appropriate and respond as soon as possible. Request our services.
PAYMENT
For any emergency callout, an initial charge of £60 is due. The balance payment will then be due on successful completion of the central heating repair. The process for this will be explained in greater detail with the customer, following the initial inspection of the problem, whilst discussing potential solutions.
MANUFACTURER TRAINING AND SUPPORT
We are fully accredited and approved Glow-worm and Vaillant Installers, and as such we receive regular training and support from both manufacturers. This helps us to stay up to date with new technologies and potential issues that may have arisen; this means we are confident that we can quickly and efficiently diagnose faults.
