Gregory Heating and Plumbing Ltd provide an emergency call-out service for any central heating fault in need of repair, within the Epsom, Surrey and South West London area. Do not hesitate to call us if your system is suffering from any of the following:

• No Heating
• Hot Water but no heating
• Leaks
• Broken Room Thermostat
• Broken Central Heating Pump
• Broken Zone Valves
• Broken Central Heating Programmer

EMERGENCY CALLOUT SERVICE

We provide a week day callout service between 0800hr and 1900hr, and will respond to all calls within 24hrs. We will prioritise emergency breakdowns where appropriate and respond as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

For any callout, an initial charge of £60 is due. The balance payment will then be due on successful completion of the repair. The process for this will be explained in greater detail with the customer, following the initial inspection of the problem, whilst discussing potential solutions.

MANUFACTURER TRAINING AND SUPPORT

We are fully accredited and approved Glow-worm and Vaillant Installers, and as such we receive regular training and support from both manufacturers. This helps us to stay up to date with new technologies and potential issues that may have arisen; this means we can be confident that we can quickly and efficiently diagnose any fault.
